hello....bueller??? bueller??? something D O O economics...anyone?? anyone?? vodoo economics.... :p

yes i know...i have been slacking with my updates. i've had weddings and parties up the yin yang (ouch!!) was at the giant game on sunday ...HUGE WIN FOR THE GEEEEEEEEEEE-MEN!!! i've had so much going on at work too...very busy!

ok so my weight is hovering over the 169-171 area this past weekend....def have to completely cut out the alcohol!!! :evil: it's just been extremely difficult with the schedule i've had lately...anyway no excuses...i've been horrible! my diet has been pretty clean though...everything fitting into my macros...haven't had a real cheat meal except for the booze.

my cardio is going aight...i need to get in at least 2 hours a week for me to start dropping bf....i've only been doing about an hour or so...going to bump that this week. i have def dropped the ball but i'm here and ready to take some abuse!

today;s diet

meal 1
- On whey w/ water 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 gluc
- vit's and green tea

meal 2
- 2 cups of lana's eggwhites

meal 3
- 2 ground chiken patties with cheese and parsley

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO -- On whey 1/2 cup of oats 1 banana

meal 5
- grilled chiken w/ wild rice
 
I am not going to get the whip out on you, cause then I would have to whip myself! LOL

Both of us have to get back at it!!!!!

actually so do I at this point because it hasn't been too clean :rolleyes: but it hasn't been all that bad either, I guess it is that balance you feel even worse when you cheat cause your already eating alot.

Well, they say people in glass houses shouldm't throw stones, so i can't say a damned thing about the cardio. I've def been slacking there myself.
I've got a goal I'm trying to reach by Hallowe'en, so I need to step it up myself.
