ok so my weight is hovering over the 169-171 area this past weekend....def have to completely cut out the alcohol!!!

it's just been extremely difficult with the schedule i've had lately...anyway no excuses...i've been horrible! my diet has been pretty clean though...everything fitting into my macros...haven't had a real cheat meal except for the booze.
my cardio is going aight...i need to get in at least 2 hours a week for me to start dropping bf....i've only been doing about an hour or so...going to bump that this week. i have def dropped the ball but i'm here and ready to take some abuse!
