- t-bar rows with close grip on the cable machine...first time i ever tried this and i have to say it felt awesome. my gym doesn't have a place where i can do free weight t-bar rows....so i tried doing it this way. i racked it and it was a little light so i added some free weights to the stack. i did 2x15
shoulders- front military press on smith machine (i was in a rush and someone was on the free weight set up) 2x15 165lbs i guess about 145lbs free weights. took advantage of the machine and did them slow and controlled....had a great pump after these 2 sets.
