I just started taking Glucosamine (2000mg/day) for severe joint pain (usually not a big deal, but I'm on 100mg/ed of Winny and that is making matters MUCH worse).

What other thngs can i do for my joints (No Deca)

Also - could I drop the winny and switch back to DBOL for a while?
My joints felt GREAT on Dbol and I didn't gain that much water at all (thanks Liquidex)

Oh, current cycle
week 1 - 4 Dbol 40mg/day
week 1 - current Sus 500mg/week
week 1 - current EQ 600mg/week
week 7 - current Winny 100mg/day

HGH 2iu/day -7 days/week

EQ is not so great for joints,for long term repair,use Knox gellatin,(or jello) pour a pack in with your shake, i have 2 servings daily.

Actually Eq is good for your joints:

It outlines a study that was carried out on the synthesis of collagen when using Var.

There are other studies online for that tested the effectiveness of AASs on collagen synthesis. Here['s a breakdown of some of them.

Deca @ 3 mg/kg a week will increase procollagen III levels by 270% by week 2. Procollagen III is a primary indicator used to determine the rate of collagen synthesis.

Primobolan, @ 5 mg/kg, will increase collagen synthesis by roughly 180% - less than deca and equipoise but still substantial.

Equipoise @ 3 mg/kg will increase procollagen III by approximately 340% - better than deca.

Fuck it. If Ret can do 150mgs for a year i think you can handle stretching your dbol out a lil longer.lol

Just keep water intake up and take you milk thistle.

I took the Dbol for about 4 weeks at the beginning of the cycle - then no oral for about 3 weeks, then started the Winny.

I am still looking to cut - but the Dbol just makes all my joints feel better, - and I don't blow up like a balloon either.
 
I actually felt dbol removed visceral fat around my mid section. And just keep that liquidex going and your good to go. No reason you cant cut on those drugs as long as bloat is kept in check.

It's funny - DBol (noted for it's bloat) is such an incredable AAS. I always take .5mg of Adex/day and I get no serious bloat at all.

I have to admit it though - I LOVE Dbol:coffee:
 
studies mean nothing..........i go by what works not whats on paper.
too many variables there, on mice? dogs?length of time and the age factor.
whatever,

besides i'm talking long term prevention, not just a few months.

You mean the guys that SWEAR you can't take orals for longer than 4 weeks?
 
Ret has taken orals for 3 time that length ,so have i a few yrs ago with no problems, just take the necessary precautions.

i do not recomend this to a newbie.

I agree this should NOT be practiced by newbies, but if I'm using DBol with my EQ/SUS, and I'm continuing to make solid gains - well, then............I'm staying on.

I take care of my body and monitor everything,..........................

Remember how poular DBol was in the 70's?

I currently have none.....after using it for 5 yrs, plus its a good cheap treat!

I've heard that too many times , it not necessary, the other day i had 405 loaded on the squat rack ,a 25yr old asks "are you gonna do that?" "yes i replied"

Bro,
Perhaps d-bol with an anti-a like liquidex makes it that much more magical. If you dont blow up like a balloon and keep estrogen levels down (but not too low), perhaps the effects of d-bol are a lot better (much less estrogen side effects). So, d-bol's bad rap is more from it's high conversion to estrogen without the use of an anti-a.
 
italnstln - by the way, about the glucosamine.... it's not going to be an instant fix... in fact, most report any type of relief after taking it daily for 3+ months.... I'm about 1 month into taking glucosamine.... I also take krill oil capsules, and cetyl myristolate (EFA)... I'll be able to give a better assessment of whether or not this is working for the joints in a few months.... I would try the jello too (thanks Radar!)
 
Eq actually produces more collagen than deca. The reason Radar says it's not good on your joints is because actual collagen formation and joint repair takes a very long time. It's not something you'd notice half-way through your cycle. Deca is not better for your joints than eq, but it does have and anti-imflammatory effect by activating progesterone receptors (basically just masking the pain). Fact is, if you want joint repair from gear that does it, you have to be patient and wait a long time. And the fact that he is stacking it with 500mg of sust completely nullifies deca's ability to form collagen; in fact, his collagen formation is worse than if he weren't on gear at all. I've posted lots of information on this in the past.
 
There are some good bro's on this thread. I am running orals or 17 aa for 4 in the beggining and six at the end i take 4 weeks off in between

i am on 50 mgs winny ed i am feeling no joint pain yet. only in first week ( of winny )tho...
 
I agree with the statement about cutting while on orals
I run Anadrol or Dbol all the way up to my shows. I feel they really help me maintain fullness, hardness and really help fuel serious training intensity in the last few difficult weeks of contest prep. its all about estrogen control

The thing that hurts my joints most seems to be overdoing it on the anti-e's. I get stiff right away from that, generally. This latest Femara stint is a little too soon to tell, though- we'll see...
Adequan seems like a wonder drug for the joints, but again I'm not too sure about that human aspect of it. :coffee:
