Joint supp. Help needed

Alright good bro's my elbows are killing me. What's the best joint supp. Glucosamine/chondrointen/msm, ect.. Please let me know what you guys use, because I know most of you heavy lifters have some elbow pain.

I use Glucosamine Chondroitin (GC) and it seems to help me. I am going to be taking some Winstrol soon and I know it dries my joints out so I am going to add 200mgs of Deca in order to compensate. Deca works wonders for joints, if I were you I would start taking the GC and take 200mgs of Deca bro.
 
if you dont wrap your elbows already try it, it helps. Deca does do wonders as stated, i never got much relief from msm/chon/gluc. although i still take it. it you think its muscle related not joint the maybe pick up so DMSO (and some peppermints). Hope this helps.
 
Glucosamine/Chondroitin helps, but you have to take it for months (sometimes up to 6 months) before you see any benefit. Aflutop injections are worth looking into (21 days).... Deca works temporarily, but once you stop taking it, the pain inevitably comes back. Celadrin can be helpful (it's a fatty acid)... in fact, EFA's should always be taken to help with joint support.
 
As good as the evidence on gluc and chron, it never did much for me. Microlactin looks promising.

Best Gluc/Chron/MSM I have found is the Osteo Bi-Flex brand. Seems to work better than any others I've used. That and keep up on your EFA's. Use Olive oil and Grapeseed oil a LOT in your cooking/salad dressings. Take your fish oil caps and drink your flaxseed oil too. You'll be feeling better. Good Luck.

Tried it for several months... can't say I saw anything significant...could be, like with anything else, you might have to run it for much longer to start seeing benefits.

Saw alot of good reviews on cissus though...not only for joint support but for immune support and possibly slight anabolic properties
 
I tried several "cycles" of aflutop.... it helped... not as much as proported by others, but I did see a difference.

Worked for me, but yes it will take time.

Yup, 21 days (21 amps) to be exact. I don't see why I can't talk pricing on this, it was just over $100
 
how much cissus do you bors take?

i found it cheap in caps and powders
 
Here is what I do when my elbow is messed:
1) Ice it.
2) Stop performing all isolation movements for triceps.
3) Glucosamine.
4) Increase intake of EFA's, olive oil, fish oil, coconut oil etc.
