Curious what % of weight-lifters have some sort of joint pain. If you notice anything abnormal like cracking, popping, discomfort, etc. please mark as such.

Poll is multiple choice and please mark if you are natty or aas user.

I have a lot of joint pain, expecially when i am notcycling. I have had repeated athletic injuries and suffer constantly My doc prescribes me pain killers for them.

My dam knees can get painful , you have to work around them as
you get older .your pains that is a lift smarter
Brad.

My wrists seem to hurt when on... maybe because of the extra strength/weights that my wrists arent used to. I ve also done over 20 years on heavy bag work. the main thing ive noticed running tren this time around is sore joints in my fingers and hands...

Shoulders and elbows have been hurtin lately. Imma cut back on the Liquidex. Ive been takin half a dropper ed. Might cut back to every 3 days or so

human growth hormone - somatropin - is rumored to help joint pain. I've never used it so I can't say first hand.

I thought that there can be increased joint pain from hgh????

only when An Ai is run too high here

aweful stuff.

letro and even adex will do it to me as well. Drys your joints out to the point they start to hurt.

GH can cause tendonitis but can help heal injuries. For me, Deca helps a lot. GH + deca combo is heaven for my joints

knees for ever. Really since about 6th grade. Have had procedures dont to both and a sever injury to my left one. Shoulders and elbows in the last several years. Am educating myself on Deca for soft tissue benefits. Also am on Adequan. This is a high concentration of glucosimine that is injectable. It actually rebuilds cartilege and has helped me considerably.

I get slight knee discomfort occasionally but nothing too bad.

Both my shoulders click like a baseball card in the spokes of a bike though. The left one is really bad, i have a pretty bad impingement there, lots of tendonitis in the rotator cuff and some bicep tendonitis. Other than that im good. Deca really helps my shoulder but my dick doesnt work when i take it though.

helped with my shoulder issues.
what shoulder problems did you have? I have shoulder pain currently (Impingement I think) and have some sarms ready. also gonna try and help a wrist too. what dose you take and for how long? how long till you noticed reduced pain?

the insides of my arms, especially when i do biceps and chest butterflies.. puts a lot of pressure on my arms it seems.

also I have shin splints thanks to my half marathon and 5K days that still dont want to go away.

I have some skeletal balm on the way from needto. hopefully that helps

bad wrist, shoulder and knees can get iffy after heavy squats. pretty much just shoulder and wrist. all from hs wrestling.

look into sarms s4.

essential fats will help with your joints. Fish oil is must for everyone.

My knees are bad (left one injured when I was 21), and the right one is weak from compensating. I'm trying an experiment with using Adequan; an IM injectible horse supplement consisting of Acetyl-D-Glucosamine. It might be helping, but too soon to give credit. I started a thread on it, but as of now, no replies (nobody else trying/tried it?).

I used to give it to my dog...worded wonders, try some sarms s4

Left knee hurts. Hurting me now actually... gonna be a miserable day at work. Due to a pcl reconstruction years ago. Have what I believe is shoulder impingement in my left shoulder. Switched to a closer grip on bench and working around it quite well. Have had some nagging tendonitis in my arms. Golfers elbow, like tennis elbow, but on the other side. Been using IGF-1 and it seems to have helped a ton. Actually, this is the first time I've completed a cycle in ages and not re-injured the bastards.

Little bit of shoulder pain after incline dumb bell, or shoulder press. Tried winny, and it made it REALLY BAD.

I got golf elbows. I am able to work through it. Its just some curls that bother it. I Take oils and glucosamine. Im stinging to give osta a go. I also got shown an exercise by a qi gong master that helps. Also acupuncture has helped it in the past. I think when I start the osta I will also do the qi gong exercise to force the blood through and get acupuncture to stimulate even more circulation..3 prong aproach. I guess I could stop doing elbow flexion and compressive exercises for 4 weeks to give it a fair chance.
