Might be an injury - pack with ice after workouts and give it some rest. I've had a pain in by left bicep on and off for a month - it is finally getting better but I have been taking it very easy on bicep days. Dummy me didn't rest and went heavy on a back day and I inflamed it again. Rest / light workouts is the key.
