joint pain... depo-medrol anyone?

Has anyone ever had an injection of Depo-Medrol for joint pain/osteoarthritis? I've had coritisone before and got Depo-Medrol today... Never had it before. Not sure how long its supposed to last. Anyone know anything about this drug?

we use it on animals for joint pain...arthritis..etc... its work great!!! ull be more thirsty and have to urinate more but it should work nicely. last about 30 days. u may retain some water and get a lil bloated but thats normal. Ruff Ruff !!

KB, you think it'll retain water?? Thats not cool. I'm 6 weeks out til my freakin show! ughhhhhh. Well I guess as long as I'm training/dieting hard it'll all come off.

i think so... i know with the cortisone shots u can....its the same type of thing i believe. did u retain water with other shot u had. if not... then it shouldnt be any different. i know some people do though.
