1. .25um filter is the largest that can be used to sterilize a solution. .45 will not sterilize, but it will do, unless you are unlucky.

all animal juice is that way...main reason being that there is no BA in the pellets.

Actually, I like to mix it with IP's Sust300, it helps to dilute the BA and pain of injecting the Sust. Now, if that isn't the dirtiest, most abcess-prone solution (suppoedly) you can think of... The stuff is fine, no problems at all.

Listen fuck face you can suck my mother fucking dick. After all your mother does so you might as well too.

The pellets are not made in a sterile enviroment doesn't matter and is transparent to the user unless they add a ton of bacteria to them (which they don't). After you add the BA it kills the small amount of impurities and what it doesn't kill gets caught on the syringe filter.

I don't understand why a mod hasn't put a lock on this thread because its going nowhere at all.

I am unsure what side you are taking Fonz, I know you feel that baking is a necessary step but is it necessary for sterilization. I was always under the impression that it wasn't it was the filtering alone that sterilized the solution.

Well, I thought I made it clear.

I think you missed the top of my post.

I BAKE it. Which is just a form of pasteurization. i.e. sterilization.

Then, the methylcellulose polymerizes and attaches to the vial.

You then filter the solution with a filter to a NEW sterile vial.

Thats what I do.
