Iso-lateral D.Y. Row 27.5lbs
Iso-lateral row 25lbs
Iso-lateral front lat pulldown 50lbs
Iso-lateral low row 25lbs
Iso-lateral high row 35lb
Back extensions with 10lbs
Food: Breakfast: oatmeal, Lunch: forgot, Dinner: tuna burrito
Feb 2 Thursday:
Work out: None (busy with paperwork)
Food: Breakfast: oatmeal, Lunch: Denny’s prime rib skillet, Dinner: tuna burrito
Feb 3 Friday:
Work out: 2 min max push-ups (55), 2 min max sit-ups (78), and 2 miles (~15+min, didn’t time correctly)
Food: Breakfast: oatmeal, Lunch: Denny’s prime rib skillet, Dinner: tuna burrito
Feb 4: Rest, Macaroni Grill (chicken under a grill)
Feb 5: Rest, Superbowl
Feb 6: Rest, (Breakfast: oatmeal, Lunch: turkey & Colby sub, Dinner: chimichanga)

I'm going to point out the elephant in the room for ya. YOUR DIET SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! But hey good luck with the transformation and if you need any help hit me up. Glad to have you and why are you not plat? I thought I gave everyone in the comp a free plat. HMMM Well send me a pm on that too and Ill take care of it. Just have to remind me. KILL THAT SHI!!!!!!!
