Bumping an old thread as I just saw his last comp on the BBC.

They said at the end of the program he died of a genetically enlarged heart which brought on a heart attack.

Really sad, he was one of my fav strongmen, so promising.

Brand new baby as well.

Plus he was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Great guy to talk to and a hell of an ambassador for the sport. He is dearly missed.
