despite my alcohol over indulgence and subsequent fall flat on my face out on the sidewalk, i woke up and did some squats today.
its been.. probably 5 months or more since i did them, so i went light:
3 sets of 10 with 135 (no belt, wraps or that sissy pad on the bar).
then hamstrings (i almost typed hamsters but that wouldn't have been right), quads, inner and outer thigh things, and leg presses.
needless to say, its been 30 minutes since i finished my workout and i'm already having trouble walking.
tomorrows not gonna be perty.
