You dont know what your talking about. Jay had a giant bruise on his bicep from an injury a few weeks out. Plus his condition was off

Phil was in BY FAR the best shape out of all the competitors.

Did you watch it this year? my guess is you didnt. If Jay looked how he did in these pics, it may have been a different story.
