I was extremely impressed @ Jays phsyique
to carry that much muscle, as hard and full as he was, and still maintain a tight waistline without distention was awesome
I thought the show was great. the only distended guts were Ronnie, Dennis James, and Gustavo
they rewarded the classic physiques for the first time ina long time with Freeman, Melvin, Darrem, Dexter, and Victor all turning out to be top competitors
I think pro BB is heading for some great gorwth with Iron J @ the helm.

With the things they go through to get ready for a show they will get respect from anyone who has ever stepped on stage. If you haven't done a show you would never understand. I thought his routine was a bit odd, but focusing on that it is missing the point entirely. That's like saying you didn't like the superbowl becuase the half time show wasn't good. That's not what it's about.

i love ronnie....have most of his vids...imo no one works harder then him in the gym. his abs looked i think the worst i have ever seen un flexed....way too much gh!

i also really like jay...happy he won finally. guy lives and breathes training 24 hours a day....he is no where near as vascular as ronnie but i actually think he out massed him...which is pretty tough to do.

victor martinez...nothing bad i can say about him...his shape is amazing!

dexter....same as victor ....comes in to these olypmia with paper thin skin...conditioning is insane! it's a shame he prob will never have the mass that these judges are looking for...
