Apparently not - because of th extent of her burns there isn't enough healthy tissue left to compensate for the tissue that she lost on her face - and the boidy rejects lab-grown tissue. They tried to replace her left eyelid using lab tissue afaik and the new skin died or got attacked.

Apparently your skin shrinks after a burn and this is why she would need all the skin grafts.

Can she get tissue transplants from a cadaver? Like, say someone does a header from a building or something, and that dead person's tissue is compatible with hers, would that work?

They did that right after the accident to save her some time... but a problem with that is the body rejects foreign skin, orgains and such.... so even if you or I donated skin, her body would probably or could reject it.

I just printed out those pictures to give to my daughter when she gets home from school. To often its the young ones that believe that the're invincible or that it won't happen to them.

I only read the first page, so if someone else said this then im sorry. But you deserve to be fucking shot. You need to grow up and realize that is actually a PERSON, not just a little piece of meat. If I were your mother I would be ashamed of myself for not showing you how to have compassion and actually have a heart. I wish you would have to live just one day in her shoes. You need to grow up kid.
