It was one of my best friends bday's (Sat Jan26) and we were out drinking (the whole whack of us, about 20 or so guys and gals) when my brother and I came back to my gf's house and drank (I'm off cycle right now) till ten in the morning. He had just gotten back from Austrailia where his gf lives about three weeks ago, anyhow we drank and had awesome conversation all night long, and talked about things very deeply. We were actually in tears at one point talking about how our lives had progressed so much and how we were both so proud of each other. He went to sleep with a huge smile on his face as did I.
I woke around five thirty sunday afternoon and asked my gf to go check on my bro, I couldn't hear him snoring anymore, she went to wake him, and couldn't so she yelled for me. He had no pulse, I administered CPR, without any luck and called the Paramedics immeadiately. They couldn't save him. He was only 24, had one semester left of school before he had his degree in Architecture. He was the best man I knew. Now he's gone. I've lost my only brother, my best friend and my hero.
Some of you guys are like family to me, so I figured I'd let you know. This is the sadest time of my life.
