Jail for Paris Hilton!

i dont think she'll actually spend 45 days in jail and if she does, it will be some posh special arrangement on account of her noteriety
 
Dumb= I have piles of money+probation+I choose to drive drunk anyway.

Just shows how clueless she is about the "real world."

I think they took that into account, which is why he made these rulings.

must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or any electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

I think this is going to pretty much the real meal deal for her, and she deserves it, the ditzy ho bag.

They have multiple security levels. That means she'll be housed with the "most trustworthy" convicts, the work release people most likely, and watched by the correction officers like a hawk. It's no big deal for her real personal safety/security but they are hoping she learns a lesson.

whatever, it's called common sense. when you're on probation you shouldn't be fucking around especially when it would be so easy to get a driver

I'm not saying.. it's going to be as bad as it would be for most people..

but still it's not going to be a walk in the park either.. she's going to have to follow their rules.. she sure as hell isn't going to be going out drinking.. partying.. etc etc..

a cage weather it has posh cushins or dirty floorboards.. is still a cage..

Exactly,it's not the risk of physical harm, it's her sense of being above the law they want to take away. Probably won't work but I applaud the effort.

I think she's a good person. She gives more to charity than you or I. In fact the only time I have ever seen her being a 'bad' person is when she is drunk and lets face it, none of us are great when we're inebriated.

She was then ordered to report to a women’s jail in suburban Lynwood on the set date or face 90 days behind bars.

I don't know exactly where this is, I hope she's late though so they double her sentance, hahahah.
 
Why do people say she's going to a "country club" jail? She's going to the same jail that other criminals go to. It's a county jail. I don't think you will find a county jail anywhere in this country that is a pleasant place to live.

Her original offense was DUI with a blood alcohol level of .08 which is just barely legally intoxicated. I've driven with a higher BAC than that only I just didn't get caught. Her problem is that she's a scofflaw and didn't abide by the terms of her punishment. For that, she deserves a few weeks in jail. It also sounds like she has no way of getting out of the jail sentence regardless of what her high priced lawyer does.

She obviously was thumbing her nose at the law. With as much money as she has, she could have a driver while she was suspended. Instead she flauted the law. Maybe she will get a reality check before she kills someone driving like an idiot.

Great news! Was just watching this on TV and people were actually arguing that it was too harsh for her or some BS like that. The bitch violates her probation three times and has how many DUI's? She should have her liscense taken away for good. The minute she heads to jail, society's IQ will raise to the 90th percentile. LOL.

But seriously- drinking and driving are for people who are pathetic. It's amazing that they don't think they can kill innocent people, children, babies, etc. Sick sick. She should bring her buddy Nicole along.

It doesn't sound like there's any way she can get out of it. The judge has made his final decision. When you get busted while on probation, the courts usually come down pretty hard.

My hubby would get tore up from the floor up w/ditzy hos in tow... ALWAYS had a driver and tho he lived comfortably he was no Hilton.

This isn't the correct decision imo. She should've been put under house arrest. Prison for Paris is more severe than prison for a normal person because she will be targeted unfairly because of who she is.
