Of the ones I've taken GF-1 (Growth Factor 1) was the only one that really did anything for me. It was that long ago now, I forget the name of the others, although i know one of them had a sister supplement called the beast. Dont bother with that one! I saw no difference for me quid (well 'buck' really, I got them all from the U.S).
