i've got a quession for yews

i was invited to try out for a magazine cover and 2 pg spread (me and 2 other girls) on june 15th. so i need to be as small as i can be in 11 days. i'm thinking if i dropped about 8lbs i'd be good.

i've been training for a show so i'm stacked right now. but this isn't a fitness mag. i respond like a dude on juice with one db curl so i'm thinking i need to focus more on cardio and stairs as opposed to lifting like i have been. smart or dumb?

suggestions on diet and workout? or should i really wow them and eat donuts between now and then?

being chosen means $5k and a year contract and other fun stuff plus awesome for my porfolio/resume. :qt:

Winny/Chicken diet...

Cardio daily @ 80-90% max HRT for 20-30 minutes.

I would say you are close to good on diet to get shredded. The above cardio assessment is pretty good, but If you have that short of a timeline, I would double the above and not do stairs or elips. Treadmill joggin at about 6.5 MPH will get you at about 90% target heart rate.

When I run I can literally notice fat burn that night after about 30-40 min cardio workout.

You will be ripped!
 
Up your cardio, and swim if you can. I don't see issues with your present diet really but you need to send me pics so I can see how much you should soften up if it's like that. Purge the colon.

Just don't eat a thing for 11 days. you will be unconscious the day of the shoot, but they were not wanting you for your brain, anyway....lol. Just kidding!

Im sure you already know about doing your cardio first thing in the morning before you eat. Im a beliver in that one. I know your working with a time line, but if you want to get ripped and have fun get a bike. Thats the only way im going to do an hour and a half of ass kicking cardio. Plus you would look kick-ass in a lttle cycling outfit.....

May be more effective, butt many won't do to insecurities, discomfort, etc. How soft are you looking? Why worry about being to ripped? They requested you, it may be for a reason.
 
Ummm....get rid of all the water(im sure u know how) and NO carbs...plus almost no food. Ur gonna fill like shit but u will shrink. Plus, clean out ur whole system. The colon cleanse should help big time.

Well, I was going to steal one of layinback's penis pics and claim it as my own but it would take up the whole page... :p so I decided not to...

But seriously IMHO I've used a low carb, moderate lean protien (such as chicken, or turkey), moderate healthy fat, plus caffine diet with pretty good sucess in the past. Supplemented with the slim fast optima diet stacked well. Just cut the caffine out a day or 2 before to lose any extra stored water weight.
 
keep doing what you're doing. . .but increase your carb intake gradually until you get a little bit softer looking. . .simple. . .keep a journal so you can pin point what works and what doesn't. . .

ok, so let me make sure i've got all this straight....

i'm running on the treadmill with an optima shake in hand and inhale some winny pills long enough to bulemic them up and then rub out a bottle of prep h all over me with the colonic tube up my ass in my sauna suit and black jewish hat while chewing on some diuretics?

you sure this'll guarantee 10lbs lighter in 11days?

I say keep working out.. your don't want to loose muscle *(just hide it with a flat depleted look) so. Just carb deplete for 11 days.. and maybe for the shoot fill up prior

What has you be so focused on taking of 8 then 10 lbs, in 11 days?

Each pound of FAT is a 3500 kcal deficient.

How about you stick to a sensible diet, keep your calories just above your basal metabolic rate, early morning fasted cardio with a fat burner, bit of grapefruit juice, low carbs.

This is the other thing, low carbs can also have you coming in flat.

I think I would focus on how you look rather than a number on a scale.

If you rape your body to take off that much weight in that short period of time

- you will lose muscle mass

- you will get rebound (water and fat when you come off bonkers diet/cardio and often more than you took off)

- you will be messing with your metabolism

- you will probably look and feel like rubbish, and when you have to generate yourself for a photoshoot, not a good idea

- you will suppress your immune system and you could be sick for the photoshoot (that's a good look, NOT)

- taking off loads of fat too fast also has all those fat soluble xenobiotics get released = spots

- stress to the body/high cortisol = spots and illness

Jeebus girlfriend, you look good, so I am sure there will be other opportunities if you don't get this one, that is if you can keep looking good and not fc-uking your body up doing the stupid model crash diet stuff.
 
If it has potential for making alot of money its totally possible..

personally i say do it, you will be surprised the proper use of diuertic how well it can work for drying out ur physique, prescrib dieurtic will shed 5-10 easy...

no no, you're right about all of that. i kinda pulled that 11lb number out of my ass. this is a very big deal but not something that is going to be career threatening if i don't make it.

i def don't wanna fug up my face nor my bod. just want to look as good as i can. i'm my biggest critique so i'm sure i'm being harder on myself than i should be. i'll pm you some pics so you can better gauge where i'm at and should be. keeping in mind my goal is to look soft and sexy. :)

in all seriousness, HH, I used to a bit of modeling. We would do wraps the night before shoots to help smooth out the skin and take a little water out. That is all it does and it is only temporary for a shoot. You can drop the dough to have it done at a salon or you can do your own (main ingredient is coffee grounds--I know it sounds weird).

As far as changing your body dramatically in that many days, I don't see it happening.

Maybe you are obsessing on something the photog won't even care about. I mean they asked you for a reason. So, unless they asked you based on photos that are no longer accurate, what is there to worry about?

Alot of good advice and some not so...Anyway YOU know what you need to do. You've been doing it for a few years rite? Rite...so get with it, GET INTO THE GYM. im sure you've been to busy for they gym and sleep...SO get your sexy little ass in their and drop those few pounds.
