My parents were in town this weekend, my mom always checks out my fridge. Yesterday i cooked a bunch of food for the week so I had a giant moutain of chicken breast, a couple of steaks, 5 pounds of cooked ground beef. She asked me if a had a wife and kids that she did not know about .
Good luck. The idea of TRYING to gain is weird to me because I gain weight just by eating when I'm hungry. I have to go hungry to maintain. I hope this changes once I weigh more or i will eventually be too big for my athletic goals.
I have a big appetite though. When i figure out my calorie consumption it's around 4000 per day I think at 185 bodyweight. And I'm gaining weight pretty slowly, never eating more than I'm hungry for. The price is that trying to diet down is total hell for me. so I just don't do it anymore (no reason to anyway when I'm so small).

3:05 PM breakfast b.: 2 bowls of raisin bran in skim milk with 1 scoop of whey each.

i usually eat about 8 meals a day, 500 cals each. but i run a lot. starting next week cardio will almost be completely out, so 4000 a day will let me grow and not lose weight. I will graduallly o up to 5000 by mid december, than start shedding fat for spring season.
