i've eaten more than anyone here today

My parents were in town this weekend, my mom always checks out my fridge. Yesterday i cooked a bunch of food for the week so I had a giant moutain of chicken breast, a couple of steaks, 5 pounds of cooked ground beef. She asked me if a had a wife and kids that she did not know about :).
 
Good luck. The idea of TRYING to gain is weird to me because I gain weight just by eating when I'm hungry. I have to go hungry to maintain. I hope this changes once I weigh more or i will eventually be too big for my athletic goals.

I have a big appetite though. When i figure out my calorie consumption it's around 4000 per day I think at 185 bodyweight. And I'm gaining weight pretty slowly, never eating more than I'm hungry for. The price is that trying to diet down is total hell for me. so I just don't do it anymore (no reason to anyway when I'm so small).
 
3 pm: breakfast: Aunt's cat I caught taking a piss int he hallway (raw)
3:05 PM breakfast b.: 2 bowls of raisin bran in skim milk with 1 scoop of whey each.
frozen personal pizza
32 oz coffee
parakeet
2 t spoons flax
whatever was in the cat's litter box.

......fuck this im not typing all this out.
 
im honestly not trying to be macho but i eat more than that everyday..

maybe thats why im fat lol

50g whey, 2 bagels, 4 scrambled eggs, cheese

meal 2:
1 hot dog, 2 double cheese burgers left over from last nights BBQ

meal 3 (pre workout)
drank 1.5 cups of oatmeal and 2 bananas blended up

meal 4 (post workout)
drank a 1500 calorie shake with 225 g of carbs

meal 5
4 pork chops, rice, tons of water

meal 6:
1 pork chop, brownie with icecream, 1 glass of skim milk

i will probably have a serving of whey and milk before i go to bed.

hmm That about what I eat on the days when I try eat much but I would ad in some chicken to.
 
i usually eat about 8 meals a day, 500 cals each. but i run a lot. starting next week cardio will almost be completely out, so 4000 a day will let me grow and not lose weight. I will graduallly o up to 5000 by mid december, than start shedding fat for spring season.
 
I was eating 8k cals/day last summer when I got up to 390.
