Just got back from the gym, to copy Smurfy I'll list my work out
lateral raises (arms raised slightly higher than parallel to work the traps too)
front raises
front press
DB shrugs
seated db curls
standing BB curls
cable curls, with rope (pulley at the bottom, curl and extend rope outwards at the end, works brachialis)
tri push downs
skull crushers
incline sit-ups
I'm beat!
