I have class at 10:00 EST so I got up early to do my leg workout beforehand. I'm drinking my protein shake now.



Normally I'd lift after class but I work today.

So I have bronchitis (still) and laryngitis.

But on the plus side I saw a gray hair on my chest today, so I have that going for me

my knee is recovering from an injury (stretched ligaments, torn cartiledge) so my leg is weak, both legs actually since I couldn't train them for months. So I do exercises to strengthen them. Leg Press, seated leg curls, adductor, abductor, calf raises........

Im checking in. My laptop Ive been using at home is fried. So no comouter access from home until I get my PC back from Lummy. Maybe I'll drive out to see him for his bday (Feb 17th) and then I can get my PC back.He fixed up my PC all nice. So Im excited about that.
