Its time for a new car

stilleto

ELITE MENTOR
EF VIP
and I don't know what to get.

Its gotta be an SUV, and have good head room (shutup phenom).

I'm thinking of breaking down and looking at the range rover, but i have a feeling its crappy for some reason- seems like most statusy things usually are.
I really don't care about the status thing at all- i just want something reliable for treacherous driving, and able to seat tall teenagers. any suggestions?

all this thinking has made me tired. I think i'm gonna take a nap.

My GF loves her Honda Pilot......or you could go with the Acura MDX if you're into status....same car. The traction control is flawless and invisible. She had an aftermarket sun roof installed which reduces headroom and it is still great for me and I'm 6'6". I can sit with my legs crossed in the front passenger seat.......

dont do range rover unless you want to spend alot of time at the service center. the airbag suspension on mine kept blowing out and kept having to get replaced, thank god the truck was new and under warranty otherwise i would have prob drove it off a cliff.

what price range are you looking at? if youre looking at ranges, have you looked at the cayenne or x5? the entry level cayenne (the 6 cylinder) is weak in performance but the others hold their own especially the turbo S lol

Range Rover will be a big mistake. Unless you want to buy a second vehicle to drive for all the time the Rover will be in the shop. Many places wont even work on a Range Rover too.

A Honda CRV is great, I bought one a couple years ago...flawless and good room, I stuff 2 bikes in the back often and have tons of room.

I dont think that's big enough. I think she has like 8 teenagers in her house. Although there is that luggage rack on top.....

You said Range Rover ? For the same price you could get a Porsche Cayenne S. Better handling, enough room, class and amazing towing capacity (7000lbs). And it's V8 4.5L is amazing compared to all the american mammoths. Otherwise the new MB GL450 (can fit 7 persons easily).

does she pimp out young teenage asian girls for a living?

How big is a Pathfinder? What's that other Toyota SUV?

FJ Cruiser. An amazing SUV for its price tag. I tried one and I dont think there's anything near that thing for 30k.

get a damn buggy... make those boys pull you around

tee hee

IMO go with a pathfinder or a 4runner. They are long lasting and do not from what I have been told have many problems at all.
Seeings how I know about you and all those damn kids I think a Honda Pilot would be too small for you guys.
Just my opinion.

thats what I figured.
I forgot about the denali... i might try that.

and medicalsomething... status is NOT an issue- the pilot is too small though.

why is that funny? is the aveo some small thing? digger's always picking on me. :(
Cheapest car in the US. A little bit bigger than the Scion. About two-thirds as much car as a Honda Fit, for about two-thirds the price.

I know a guy who bought one the other day; the sales guy at the dealership was 6' 2" and didn't have any problems going along for the test drive. But it ain't no frickin' SUV.

maybe I could just strap everyone to the roof.

and get an SUV to pull it around the mountain. :)

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and love it, few problems, but all easily fixed hte same day. Plus with the V8 I'm still getting around 17 highway mpg.

the MB looks nice- that porsche is too small and the MB might be too.

damn. now i is confused. :(

The MB GL450 is big. It has 7 seats (3 rows). Go to a dealer and see it by yourself. You're confused with the ML serie. The Cayenne is tricky. Not as big as the Gl450 but you;d be surprised. Another option is the Audi Q7.

Are you gonna tow stuff ? Go off-road ?
