See. I'm different. I lift no matter what, but my diet changes weight gain or weight loss. You can do cardio every day and I'll lift everyday and I'll match you to fat loss everytime.
I've been on a pure protien diet at maintenance cals and lost almost 4 pounds in a week. No strength loss. Lower energy ofcourse.
Even hit a DL PR 3 days in.

Alright. I'm done eating fast food now, even if people want to go eat at Perkins or something, F that. No sweets no more. I'm gonna start packin the whole grain, and good cuts of meat. Im going to need some veggies too, dang. Maybe I should just buy a seperate fridge than the one my parents use, lol.

I got a 3-4 day weightlifting plan sitting here, waiting to be printed out and put into use.

I think I will probably do cardio 6 days a week. it looks like I need that much. Do you guys think that AM cardio is a lot more effective than PM cardio? I work at 7am, so I would be getting up awfully early if i wanted to do cardio before.

My goal, lose 2-3 lbs of fat per week. Stop the weightloss once I achieve desired bodyfat percentage.

What do you guys think is the quickest, yet healthiest amount of fat I can lose per week?
If I lose it too fast, I'm still okay, as long as I gain the muscle back afterwards, and dont gain any fat after I'm done, right?

A.M is better to train cardio cause its supposed to kick your metabolism in gear for the rest of the day. A protein shake in the morning is said to do the same.

2-3 lbs of weight loss is kinda high. I would drop it to a more of a ideal amount so you can reach your goal every month and be pleased with the results.

And be sure to do both cardio and weight trainning which looks like you will be cause they burn calories at dif times.
For example the cardio burns more calories as you are trainning but when you weight lift you are burning the calories as you train and more so after than cardio cause your body will be using it to repair muscle fibers.

did you see that tweakle dl vid? that was pretty rad

You're getting heavy, but not fat, you look like someone who is bulking. You can lose-1-2lbs of fat per week, 3 is pushing it.

Good job for posting pics, that takes gut.

You've got an off look, I can't describe it exactly, but if that is the same face you give chicks when they are talking to you I can see why they'd get creeped out a bit.
I think you need to get more comfortable in your own skin to be honest.
