Alright. I'm done eating fast food now, even if people want to go eat at Perkins or something, F that. No sweets no more. I'm gonna start packin the whole grain, and good cuts of meat. Im going to need some veggies too, dang. Maybe I should just buy a seperate fridge than the one my parents use, lol.
I got a 3-4 day weightlifting plan sitting here, waiting to be printed out and put into use.
I think I will probably do cardio 6 days a week. it looks like I need that much. Do you guys think that AM cardio is a lot more effective than PM cardio? I work at 7am, so I would be getting up awfully early if i wanted to do cardio before.
My goal, lose 2-3 lbs of fat per week. Stop the weightloss once I achieve desired bodyfat percentage.
