Its official, I'm fat

totally fixable, but won't fix itself....
how you been sleeping?
 
Alright. I'm done eating fast food now, even if people want to go eat at Perkins or something, F that. No sweets no more. I'm gonna start packin the whole grain, and good cuts of meat. Im going to need some veggies too, dang. Maybe I should just buy a seperate fridge than the one my parents use, lol.

I got a 3-4 day weightlifting plan sitting here, waiting to be printed out and put into use.

I think I will probably do cardio 6 days a week. it looks like I need that much. Do you guys think that AM cardio is a lot more effective than PM cardio? I work at 7am, so I would be getting up awfully early if i wanted to do cardio before.

My goal, lose 2-3 lbs of fat per week. Stop the weightloss once I achieve desired bodyfat percentage.

What do you guys think is the quickest, yet healthiest amount of fat I can lose per week?
If I lose it too fast, I'm still okay, as long as I gain the muscle back afterwards, and dont gain any fat after I'm done, right?

Varies, I usually get about 6 hours per night. a few days of the week i might take a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. (and I sleep a bunch more on weekends.)

working out in the AM is better b/c of ure glycerin levels are lower also 3lbs a week is A LOT!! if you see 1-2 lbs a week you should keep your head up. you never probably gained 2-3 lbs a week so dont expect to lose 2-3lbs a week.. like i said dedication is key.. hit the sack earlier and wake up earlier but you can still work out at night that is fine.. also 6 times a week is not needed the key to losing weight is NOT cardio its diet!! cardio pushes you along.. don't overtrain more is not always better!

Even at that which is possible yes but have to be very controlled.
He would be losing you could say 6 lbs a month not including water weight and i would fugure at 5'8" the ideal weight would be around 160 leaned out giving 4 months of diet and trainning.

To bad its easier to say than do

3-4 days cardio is enough. I might lose more fat on empty stomach in the morning. But, I think I lose more muscle. And, doing it in the evening is better than planning on doing it in the morning...then not doing it, because your too tired.

2-3lbs might be too much to lose per week. You could end up losing muscle. Shoot for 1 - 2lbs per week.

Don't stop eating!!! Eat 6 healthy, balanced, and smaller meals.

Too bad you are not a hot chick.....It you were...The Shadow would help you.
 
personally i wouldn't do any major cardio and just hit the weights good and solid...it's not like you are seriously fat come the fuck on...get a lil swole
 
I will leave the advice re: diet and excercise to the more seasoned members and Mods. Good luck with your goals and remember that there are people here to help you achieve them. I admire anyone that posts pics of themselves (good or bad) for people to see. You are a lot braver than I am.

As a certain Moderator told me, "be patient" (he was referring to something else), but that advice can be applied here as well.
