Its official, I'm fat

Well, after many years of sliding, and not really working out enough or paying attention to my diet, I have become fat.

Today when I was at work, someone guessed my weight to be 200 lbs (when I had my shirt off). Note that I am 5'8" I really weight about 185.
36" waist. yuck!!! (was a 32-33 in highschool)

So I have decided to take some pictures for reference, because its been awhile. Needless to say I'm not pleased. It is true that you look fatter on camera.

I think from now on I'm just going to focus on getting leaner. I want to get to about 8% bodyfat, and then worry about how much muscle I have. Until I get lean, I havent proven myself capable of anything. Fuck size, size wont do you any good until you have proven that you can get yourself down to a low bodyfat.
I dont see any point in spending tons of time hollering at girls, until I fix myself first.

Shit this will be hard, I'm not sure if I've been this fat before.

You might be fatter than you were but you're not euuuuuuwwwwww FAT.

hard work and determination is key !!!!!!!!!!!! strict diet and cardio in the morning and you will see a change quick just keep patience!!
 
I wouldn't exactly say you were fat.

Wouldn't take long for you to lean down with a good diet and cardio.
 
Now, you have incentive!! Hit some HITT cardio 3 times a wk. Lift 3 days. (one body part a wk). Eat atleast 6 meals per day. (1 serving of lean meat, 1 serving carb, 1 serving of a fiberous veg)

Thats it. You could drop 15lbs of fat and gain some muscle in a few months!!!

Also, your wallpaper is exactly like I would picture it.
 
Ahh yea you got some chub . I am sure you can work it away.. i think its gonna take more than a few months doing it healthy but stick to your guns and with some dedication you will laughing

nah...pound and a hlaf per week is doable easily
