Well, that's the thing...I don't really have a set diet.
I eat lots and lots of chicken...that's just about all I eat besides steak and potatoes.
I used to drink a RTD Muscle Milk after my workouts, but now I go with the 0 carb Isopure...I love the taste and I love the 0 carbs.
Oh yeah now I'm up to about 175, today is the end of my second week of H-Drol/Epistane stack.
