its been over 4 years

just wanted to update a bit...

strength is up way up.

Still 0 sides not one... im sleeping fine, no lethargy, no agression nothing bad in the blood profile.. nothing at all.. and i am running this at 30mg and have been from day one.

up about 10lbs maybe 3-4 is a water/food/glycogen thing but im bigger. noticeably in some areas.. some shirts dont fit right anymore and my legs done fit into some of my pants anymore...

very little if any fat gain in the mid section.

i do have some questions..

anyone have feedback on extending this cycle... I mean 4 weeks? thats gonna be short.. im gonna cry a bit when i go off... I really think 6-8 would be no problem..

my blood pressure, cholesterol and liver are all fine.. some near the high range but nothing to even suggest im on..

so has anyone run the beast 6 or 8 weeks? did anyone get bloodwork done mid/end cycle? anyone regret it? did the gains stop.. or go up...

I honestly feel like the next few weeks will be great.. not that the first 20 days were not great...

please post and share some stories.. there is a ton out there in the search i know that but im looking for some directions from the bros i can trust on the board.

Taurine and lots of Milk thistle 80% standarized extract will do it.You can do a search on my posts "painful back pumps" not all supplement are created equal.
 
just wanted to be 100% honest...

i am getting some painful backpumps during crazy deadlift workouts or olympic lifting workouts... but only when i forget to take my taurine..

i dont really consider that a side or a major one.. but figured i would post it.. buy taurine take lots and its no problem
