There have been some school/work issues that have stopped me from lifting the way i'm used to lately, and now that those are over, i'm thinking about giving another cycle a go. my last cycle was a little over 4 years ago, and i'm thinking about something like this.

10 weeks of sust @ 250 every 5 days: 350 a week, possibly frontloading 500 mg the first inj.

and possibly 20-25 mg of dbol the first 4 weeks.

what do you guys think? the biggest cycle i've previously done is around 1gm of sust and 400mg eq per week. however being that i've been off for a significant amount of time, i feel these low doses should give me that boost to get over my plateau.

i remember there used to be an online calculator that you could plug in your doses and it would show blood levels, anybody know where that might be?

No need to frontload sus since it contains prop and will elevate T levels within minutes.

Check out some of the more popular posts of the last 6 months or so . Read the "ONCE AND FOR ALL" sticky. It'll get you up to speed.
 
Its great to be back! I took a few years off just from being lazy, hitting the gym maybe 4-5 times in 6 month periods. Pretty bad. But now that I am focused I need the gym and the results are awesome after only a couple months. Muscle memory kicks butt! I am going to wait about 4 more months probably to get on my next cycle ( that will be almost 4 years after my first!) once I am satisfied with where I am. Lower doses are what I will be doing as well. that cycle looks really good. Just read up on the posts and stickies and you should be good to go. GL!
