So I had my rotator cuff operated on in the end of November. I'm starting to get some workouts in now. The surgeon cut off the tip of my clavicle (it had major bone spurs). I can still feel pain on the tip of my clavicle when I lift. Mostly I'm depressed because my training weight is way low due to the operation and missing 4 months of workouts. At one point I could bench 405. Now I'm doing sets of 8 with 185. I can't do squats yet because it hurts to put my arms back far enough to hold the bar. I also ate like a pig while I was recovering. Now I'm a bit too fat. I need to drop about 15 pounds. This is messing with my head.
