It sucks bad when you start 2 lose your strength going of a cycle...I was in the gym today trying 2 lift what I normally do and its just was not happening ..then I get all bummed out like I lost my soul ...

i hear you waterboy, i came off a heavy test cycle three weeks ago and i feel like shit, to me the worst part is the depression and lack of enthusiasm i feel at the gym.

Stick it out

I'm just starting to go thru that, but I find it helps to remind myself it's normal and just do my best.

I got so depressed today cuz I couldn't do my usual (on cycle) poundages, working arms, and everything seemed to hurt way more than usual -- so I sat down for a minute and told myself, "I'm going to change my attitude."

Believe it or not, a little psyching myself out helped. I wasn't lifting what I lift at the peak of a cycle (DUH!), but I'm not at the peak of a cycle.

Thinking more positively and realistically, I finished my workout with way more enthusiasm. I even did cheat curls with the same weights I use when juiced.

Maybe they're right that your mind is your most important muscle ... (Is that why they call us muscleheads? Hm ...):fro:

It is normal to have that feeling when coming off a cycle. I would start some Creatine and that will help you keep your strength while coming off.

That's the great thing about periodization. My heavy training cycles coincide with my juice cycles. When I come off the juice, I begin the light training cycle. I never miss a beat. It spares me that old heartache I used to feel after a cycle before I started using this system. Try it!

Just remember: You were alot smaller and weaker before you started...That is in fact why you started. And now you are back at square one but with a little more size...Now you must think back to when you first started and work hard to gain more in the future... Trust me, you have to work harder each and every time. But it will pay off...:D

Good Luck
