It sucks bad when you start 2 lose your strength going of a cycle...I was in the gym today trying 2 lift what I normally do and its just was not happening ..then I get all bummed out like I lost my soul ...
Man i couldn't agree more. Same shit happen to me last night. I usually get 315 up for like 8, last night i was lucky if i could hit 4 on my own. It really is a shot to the balls when that strength starts coming down and there really ain't shit you can do about it.
i use creatine during the cycle and off the cycle .my bro is a manager @ GNC and hooks me up for free with all that shit ....I think i should lay off the creatine to have some thing 2 fall on
Yeah i am going to start the creatine now, i started with it in the beginning the dropped it so it could be more effective postcycle....also taking glutamine post-cycle. Good Luck bro.
