It really sucks....

That I had to end my damn cycle early and can't lift for at least another 3 weeks! This has really been hard and has put me in a pretty bad mood to say the least! I have been lost not going to the gym everyday and sometimes twice a day and I just want to lay around watching tv and eating every damn thing. The pain pills don't help either usually I hate candy and sweets but I crave it when on the pills!

I just wanted to thank everyone that gave me advice and was looking out for me when I wasn't! This is the first time I've even came on here in a week cause it's to hard to read and know I can't go to the gym! Hopefully that will change soon and I can come see what the brother's are up too! Take care.
 
look at it in a good way. sometimes its good to take a break. unfortunately it sounds like it due to injury. but still. your body reacts better when you shock it. so look at this break in training as a positive. when you recover and get back at it, you'll love the results. even though i don't come off aas during the year. sometimes i take a month and don't even see a gym. and when i get going again. BOOOM!

I hear you on the shocking the body but I had took off 4 years and had only been back in the gym about 6 months. It felt so good to be back! The reason I took off so long before was due to a bad accident in the Army jumping out of a plane and about 10 surgeries. Then I just got married, kids, job traveling and eating out all the time, and just lazy! I just don't want to fall back into that ever again! Thanks Big Travis for the positive outlook!

My injury was due to getting stabbed in the stomach by a few Mexicans that we were throwing out of the bar I work in!

do isolation exercises and flexing. seems like as long as you dont use your abs you can still do some muscular contractions. Just flexing your muscles wil help to maintain them and it will help with your calorie excesses.

You might also want to get some glucorell (r+ lipoic) and sesapure (sesamin) which will help significantly reduce the damage of your overfeeding.

btw- be stabbed in the stomach for doing your job is pretty unfortunate....be sure to explore all your legal options stemming from your injuries at work.

Sorry to hear that, what does it feel like when you get stabbed??
 
Macro thanks I will have to look into trying those supplements and exercises because already I'm feeling like a lard ass!

What does it feel like to get stabbed? I didn't even really feel it at first and then I just felt my stomach burning. It really hurt more after a couple of hours waiting for ambulance and in ER.
