that when i go to the gym i get sick
and im very anti touching things that other people touch.....i look at some of the people in my gym.... so here i am laying in bed drinking theraflu and takin pcn again............ :(
does this ever happen to anyone else or am i all alone????
 
1) my complements to your hiney

2) take some supplements that will help boost your immunity:

Glutamine
Whey Protein
vitamin C 1,000mg 2x a day

all of these have been shown to booast quantitative measures of immune function

I get naucios sometimes but I train balls2wall, today I was naucios throughout whole workout and wanted to puke but just stuck with it.

Weak immune system for sure. Do you take daily multi vit? I like to drink green tea and extra vit. c. How many hours of sleep do you get and how many times do you workout a week>?

Day jump 1300 feet. Night jump 1100 feet. I never got that.

Agree on the multi vitamin and extra vitamin C. Green Tea also would be great...even better if you don't want to drink a ton of it, is take a really good extract (caps). Olive leaf extract is great for the immune system too. If you have a cold, or feel one coming on, try oil of oregano.

How's your diet? You eating enough? You sleeping enough? You eating enough good veggies and some fruits too? Getting adequate nutrition? You taking a probiotic?

Olive leaf and Oil of Oregano are the best bets. I take both religiously

so needless to say ill be at the gym
and im not paranoid- i work with sick people all day long- i just dont like fat ugly disgusting men and their sweat all over whatever im using

I was joking. Still, it's not that big of a deal and getting sick from it is beng paranoid becuase you aren't going to get sick from evaporated sweat. Do you carry hand sanitzer wherever you go?
 
This is why I never touch my eyes or mouth directly when I'm at the gym and I wash up like I'm scrubbing for surgery immediately after I'm done. I don't want any of the sicknesses some of you fuckers have.

oh well i keep popping vit c like its candy, and drinking green tea so hopefully it wont last too long
 
Doesn't your gym have some kind of sanitizer stuff? Mine has bottles all over the place, as well as "no sweat" wipes. I wipe down everything before and after I use it.

that was my question really how can i have no immunity when im at the gym and i work with sick people all day?

since nov i have been on 5 rounds of pcn for strep throat- i three shots within a week, feb i was on a dose, and april i was on a dose

:( the dr has no answer for me either- im 22 and healthy they say

with all that penicillin you killed off the good bacteria in your intestines. this will impair immunity - also leave you vulnerable to yeast infections

get some "acidophillus plus" type probiotic pills. a month of that will do you wonders.
