It is alright to do 250 mg of Test E instead of 500 mg if I can't get HCG ?

I have 2 questions tho.

Assuming that I start HCG on week 4, would I run it twice a week at 250 each until my last test shot or would i need to run in into the PCT?
And also, big problem is that I live in Canada, where can I get HCG this quick? I heard international orders are pain in the ass at rxdrugs?

Yes start around week 4 you can do 250iu every 4th day(or twice a week).Last shot of HCG is 1 week before you start PCT.
I can't really advice on source I get my shit locally.
Or you have another option instead of running HCG during the cycle you can do 10 shots at the end of your cycle- 500iu ED shots for 10 days starting with your last shot of test e.
something like this
1-10 week test e 250-500mg EW
11week 500iu ED for 10 days
then PCT starting on 17th day after the last test shot

This is works great for me and many other people.
However it is my personal opinion, some recover just fine without HCG
My example 12 weeker test/deca +PCT no HCG 6 months later total testosterone bloodwork 279ng/dl
12 weeker test/NPP +PCT HCG during the cycle at 1000iu EW 6 months later total testosterone bloodwork 850 ng/dl
