Today I woke up with the gut I put on after 10 days of delicious eye-talian food, cheesesteaks, hoagies, and just good family cooking. The 4 half-assed workouts didn't help much either.

On a side note, I really need to work on my flexibility. I just kick flushed the urinal and almost ended up with my foot in the toilet with about 10 peoples' worth of dehydrated coffee piss. It was so close I almost sharted my flax meal out.

This turned into a very classy thread.

jn most of that is just bulk from accumulated uneliminated food - prune juice and oatmeal and drink lots of water for a few days and you'll shit most of your new gut away. ewwww

Yeah guy. Oatmeal the last two days, 3 shakes per day with flax meal, a salad for dinner last night. Um, regularity has not been an issue. I've just noticed a little extra fat today. Eh, it'll give me something to work on.
