Every day at work or at the gym from people who work out and have a fucked up diet or only eat 3 times a day tell me "it cost way to much to eat 6 times a day" .....(A bag of chickan last all week $6.00) (eggs .79cents last a week ) (pbj sandwich eat 2 day cost $4.00 a week) (can of tuna 4 for $1.00 I eat 8 cost $2.00) (bag of bagels last a week cost $1.49) (banana/fruit $2.00 last a week) (green beans/peas .49cents I eat 4 cans a week $1.96) 3 to 4 protien shakes a day this is what I eat . It cost me $19.24 to eat 6to7 times a day for a week . You can get maybe 3 meals eating out for $19.24 ............. just thought I would share this with you guys .

You really shouldn't eat the chicken that's frozen and in a bag b/c of the amount of sodium and all the preservatives. We can usually find deals where they have fresh chicken for $1.99/lb and we usually get 20lbs sop your talking $40 every two weeks just for chicken. Plus all the red meat if we're bulking, you're looking at some major cash

I spend upwards of $100-140 every week on food....Eating good quality cuts of meat and other foods get rather expensive....

Both my Girlfriend & I workout we spend like $150 a week on groceries. Thank god she doesn't eat much! LOL I eat 93% lean beef which floats between $2.30 - $2.70 lb. I buy Tyson chicken breasts at Costco for about $20 on a 20lb bag. I like Tyson, they use steroids, I use steroids we have a lot in common! :D

I love that last statement......LMAO

Hit Sams Club. 5 huge steaks for $20-$25. I eat 5 steaks a day, 1 pound of turkey, 4 sweet potatos, 2 cups oatmeal, 120 grams of whole wheat carbs, 3 protein shakes, and a carb drink after the gym. It cost about $200 a week on food. And I'm still tiny @ 6'2" 240 lbs. ha! You have to eat to grow! tuna and chicken are for cutting! Red meat is the only way to get thick faster! Yeah you have to cook every other day but it's worth it. Unless you're rich and can eat 6000 cals a day eatin out you HAVE to cook your own food!

I cook all my food on Sunday. Even when it's 20 degrees & snowing I'm out back firing up the ole grill. My neighbors probably think I'm crazy. I cook 25 beef patties & 10 chicken breasts & boil about 10 cups of brown rice, put it all in containers & just heat it up when I need it. I don't know where anyone finds time to cook fresh meals every day. The chicken tastes like cardboard after about 5 days but, what the hell, I'm lazy.

It's easy to bake steak or chicken. Here's what you do:

Cover 2 broil pans with Tin Foil, slam 10 steaks or chicken with some garlic salt and toss it in the oven on bake at 350* .

Here's the tricky part for you non-cookers!

You want the steak to be cooked rare so when you warm it up later it won't become beef jerky. So bake @ 350* for 15-20min. Remove from oven and broil pan. Rap in tin foil and throw it in the fridge. Same goes for chicken but you can cook them to 20-25 min. That's it! You spend about 5 min preparing. That's not too bad. I hate 3 day old cooked meat. EOD is just about right.

i'm lucky i live in Brazil. I can buy 1 kilo of chicken breast for US$0,80 and 1 kilo of red meat for US$2,20.:D
In the other hand 1 box of Myoplex costs US$65,00...

That's the same reason i like tyson. I use less gear while on cycle and eat lots of juiced up chicken to make up for it.
