Isreali fighting

I heard about a fighting style that uses Isreali military training. Has anyone heard of this or know what it is called. I was recomended by a friend but i do not remember what it was called.

Its the most effective martial art in the world. By effective I mean you can use it in real life situations and youll be able to floor anyone.

i dont think you can make that statement about any system or art out there..

it is the preson and the training that determines the outcome more so then the art/system

I have been doing kRav maga for 8 months now and trust me it is better then any other martial art!

It all depends on levels of training and expertise in an art. For know i will stick to kick boxing. The vidoes seem something out of an unrealistic chinese movie.

again thats a ridiculous claim..

it depends a lot on other things as well

well first..

how many other styles have you trained in? how many other studios have you been two? how many instructors have you studied under? how many years have you been into martial arts..

btw i do think krav maga is a very very effective combat style but to say it is the best over everything else is pretty naive.

real fighters know that the art is not the only important thing about training.
