I always use whey isolate protiens, or a mix of concentrates and isolates, but never pure concentrates. Although isolates are usually more expensive, I find they are much more effective for me, and don`t bloat or plug me up as much. THey mix a lot better also. These are my favorites.

Interactive Nutrition is great and I get it for Cheap. Fortius is super good also and tastes great. THe only thing is that these are canadian products and are not that easy to come by in the US as of yet? Not sure though? I have tried protien factory and they are good, but they fuck you over at the border comming into Canada and you get hit with weight fees and it ends up costing much more than you would think. Good price though if you live in the US.
Perhaps I will give Optimum nutrition a try as it seems to be very popular on the board.
