Is using Prohormones as bridge safer

you absolutely do not want to run a ph as a bridge... that's not a bridge... thats not even coming off... you can run sarms as a bridge... or you can just run test boosters and "bridge" as a bridge...

So what would you recommend for a bridge? My objective is to not use AAS to allow some of my lipids to come back to normal..

They already told you many times, use "Bridge" (actual name) as a bridge.

250mg wk is not a decent cruise. It's a mild cycle. 100-150mg wk is an actual cruise in the TRT range. If you cruise with levels above high normal ng/dl then you will have constantly elevated rbc, hemocrit, ect.. shit that you do NOT want elevated long term as eventually it will affect your heart health. Cruise on a safe TRT dose and get your test checked. Go with a dose that will keep you in the 800-850ng/dl range so your body can normalize on your cruise times.

I personally know someone, an older gent that has been on and is on over 250mg a week minimum, never comes off. He gets his bloods done all the time and according to Dr., clean bill of health. It depends on the person running.

Your absolutely correct. It does depend on the person. But for most people its half that dose. Many guys assume that 1ml of whatever test they have on hand is a good cruise dose. 200, 250, 300 ect and they don't get blood work done to see if their levels are in the "normal" range so that while cruising their lipids, rbc related stiff ect will normalize. For most people 250-300mg wk is a mild cycle and cruising on that will likely keep test around the 1500ng/dl or more which will leave everything else that matters elevated. If someone is serious about cruising in a healthy way then bloods have to be done. Not just pinning one ml/wk and calling it cruising.
