Seriously.
You need to try and get over that or at least just explain that sugar is evil for your body and fried oil is a bitch to digest.
Me, I chuckle softly at people that will eat an entire pizza with a diet soda - as if the extra 150-600 calories of liquid sugar will outweight the 3000+ calories of fat and carbs.
I do eat some serious SHIT sometimes.... for instance, I probably go to mcdonalds 2 times a month and get double cheeseburgers.. not much in them that is redeeming except a little protein.. but at the cost of a lot of fat and its all over processed.
But just because I'm dropping 2000 cals of mostly saturated fat in my body, doesn't mean I'm gonna say "fuck it, gimme some regular coke too"... I'll get the diet coke... why? Well for one, I get the extra large.. 42 ounces of regular coke is a lot more then 150 cals.... and second... I"m already eating shit for the day, why make it even worse?
I give kudos to the fat chicks who order up a couple big macs but get a diet coke.. at least they've got something right!
