Is this the perfect PWO post shake meal?

I had one big top sirloin steak (rare), with one serving of BBQ beans, some steamed veggies, a handfull of shrimp, and some F'ing water.

Is that godly? Or godly?
 
Yep, sounds good. A lean protein source with some low GI starchy carbs and veggies is what you are looking for here. You've certainly done your homework.

Don't know about eating rare steak though :worried: but each to their own
