Is this split OK?

My tris and bis are lagging behind the rest of me.
This is my old split:

MON: chest+Bis;
TUES: Legs;
WED: off;
THURS: back+tris;
FRI:Shoulders;
SAT+SUN: off;

My arms seem to recover faster than my other muscle groups, so I was thinking of working them 2X/week like this:

MON: Chest+Bis;
TUES: Legs;
WED: Bis+tris;
THUR: Back;
FRI: Shoulders+tris;
SAT+SUN: Off;

I'm on 600mgs/test; 25mgs D-bol/day and slin post workout.
5' 11'' 191lbs ; 12%BF

thanx,
GJ

In my previous cycle I had the same idea as you, all bodyparts once a week but arms twice a week, but I made sure that I didn't hit them hard both workouts... meaning I'd hit biceps hard one day, then back off on the intensity on the second day. I got good results, the lifts in my arm workouts went up noticeably (curls, skull crushers, etc), I'd say it's worth a try to see how you respond.
My only suggestion with your split is that I wouldn't hit the biceps very hard the day before training the back. I like to have fresh bi's on a heavy back day. Other than that, looks good to me.

I like your 1st one much better, 5 days in a row is def. going to burn you out. try this:

MON: chest
TUES: deadlifts, back, bi's
WED: off;
THURS: shoulders/tris
FRI: legs/bis/forearms
SAT+SUN: off;

i am on a 4 days a week schedule...down from a 6 day a week schedule cause i am off right now and i am loving it and putting on some good mass. but when i do a schedule like your second one...i hit up my tris with my chest cause the tris are worked with the chest. if you keep it the way you have it the tris will be worked 3 times a week...probably too much.
and my back is way ahead of my biceps so when i do them on the same day i hit the biceps before.

just and idea.
