is this scar tissue?

Hey guys, here's the thing ive always injected along my right quad for a year now more than any other body part it was just plan stupid and due to my stupidness. Second of all I now have a line down the line of my side right quad that looks like a almost perfect line almost an indent but very lil and it in the same places where i did all my injections, is this scar tissue? Will it go away? is there anything like that cream that pregnant women use to get rid of the stretch marks? or if it is a scar tissue build up or w.e. maybe the cream won't do it? Ty for takin ur time to read this and ty in advance to anyone who shares there input and info.

thanx for all the replies and help, i went to the clinic today and told the doc i was on the steroids and told him i always injected mostly into the right quad he looked at it and said the line and indent is due to the fatty tisse or something and i should be just fine and that i dont have to worry about my leg(s). What do u guys think? I'm having my family doc now look at it wed mornin. any info is much appreciated bros ty.
