Is this right?

Like I had stated not so long ago I just started my anavar cycle and I want to see if anybody can give me any suggestions on the diet and exercise regimen I'm following. Since I'm a "small framed" woman( 5'2 138lb) I'm on the 1200 calorie diet but I'm overpassing my protein intake which is supposed to be 40g by having 110g a day. Is this ok?

My exercise regimen is mostly like this:
Crunches 35 reps
Obliques 50 reps each side with 90lb
Abs 85 reps total.. 50 of them with 50lb
Quadriceps 100 reps with 60lb
Hamstrings and glutes 50 reps with 50lb
Leg press 50 reps with 90lb
Elliptical trainer 1 hour= 800 cals burned.

I do this 5 times a week

So any suggestions?
 
I actually think 110 grams of protein is probably more where you should be. If you gave us a sample of a day's food, we could give you thoughts and ideas as well. What are you goals for the anavar cycle??

I'm just looking to drop a few pounds and define my muscles, get "cut up". Food wise this is what I had yesterday:
Breakfast- one plain unsalted rice cake
One boiled egg(large)
One activia yogurt(light)
16oz of water

1.5 hours later- one apple( with skin)
8oz of water

1.5 hours later(lunch)- 4.5oz of grilled chicken
5 grilled asparagus
1 cup of celery
1 fat free jello
16oz of water

1.5 hours later- one large banana

1.5 hours later- 1 cup of instant vegetable soup (dehydrated)
1 cup of celery
1 rice cake

1.5 hours later- 7 thin slices of oven roasted "fat free" turkey
1 cup of celery
8oz of water

1.5 hours later(dinner)- 4.5 oz of grilled chicken
5 asparagus
1 cup of celery
16oz of water

1.5 hours later- one packet of elite fusion 7 protein shake( cookies & cream yum!)

1.5 hours later- 16 oz of water

That was it.
 
Have you tried adding some All Natural Peanut Butter to your apple? It helps fill you up. It also has quality fats which help repair muscle and lean you out. It is important for women to have good fat in their diet or their bodies will ramp up estrogen production and make them hold more fat. That might not be an issue while on Var but could be when you are off.
