Like I had stated not so long ago I just started my anavar cycle and I want to see if anybody can give me any suggestions on the diet and exercise regimen I'm following. Since I'm a "small framed" woman( 5'2 138lb) I'm on the 1200 calorie diet but I'm overpassing my protein intake which is supposed to be 40g by having 110g a day. Is this ok?
My exercise regimen is mostly like this:
Crunches 35 reps
Obliques 50 reps each side with 90lb
Abs 85 reps total.. 50 of them with 50lb
Quadriceps 100 reps with 60lb
Hamstrings and glutes 50 reps with 50lb
Leg press 50 reps with 90lb
Elliptical trainer 1 hour= 800 cals burned.
I do this 5 times a week
So any suggestions?
