Is this Reasonably sensible : ?

First cycle and you want to use steroids to cut? Bad idea.

You've only been training for 9 months you haven't established enough solidity and would lose gains easily. Bad idea.

Clenbuterol does not provide permanent gains. Bad idea.

Benadryl? Bad idea.

All orals. Bad idea.

Var and Winniee at those dosages will not put on much muscle. Bad idea.

Im not really sure. I was plat and I got an email offering it , I dont know
whether it was issued to some or all plats. It seemed like a good idea.

So if I have hit a flat spot what should I do ? I get stronger and can lift more but I cant seems to get any volume or icrease in LBM. My body fat slowly drops about .5 %
per week , but my LBM has been about the same for six weeks now. Ive tried training less or more , and doing more and less aerobics, but Im Stuck ! Help. I could always
save the roids for later.
 
My work out schedule is pretty simple. Allways first thing in the morning. Mondays
abs and squats. Tuesdays Pecs. Thursdays abs and squats again. Fridays shoulders and back. 15 min cardio on running machine every day. All excersizes 5 sets 10 reps and last set to failiure , as heavy as I can go. Sometimes I row when Im bored of Running. My diet sort of sucks. Coffee and Protein shake breakfast. Work Lunch. Try to make it chicken fish or red meat with vegetables. ( Not allways possible) dINNER
whole grain pasta or rice , vegatables ( Steamed ) and another protein shake.
Very hard to eat more than those meals due to work. Sunday cheat day loads of carbs. I know im eating wrong , but if I stop eating with clients at lunch or start eating in the office im going to have nothing to eat ...as in fired...
 
The benadryl is to reload teh beta 2 recepttors when off clen

stay away from late nite carbs if youre cutting

take some creatine with the anavar if its not the filler ingredient in pill already

sure youll need to be taking natty vitamins

Well there, your diet is the problem, you just said so yourself. Correct your eating habbits and you can gain 40-50 pounds in the next few years. I'm not trying to diss you but you only weigh 132 lbs! NOBODY that weighs 132 lbs. should use gear, period.

Start off your day by eating 6 whole eggs and 1 cup of oats with fruit. Save the protein shake for a mid-morning snack (9-10am). Obviously you aren't flexible at lunch time so just keep doing what you're doing. Have another shake in the afternoon and a big dinner (eg. steak or fish, yam, broccoli). Have another 6 eggs and more fruit before bed. You WILL gain weight if you do this.
