My work out schedule is pretty simple. Allways first thing in the morning. Mondays
abs and squats. Tuesdays Pecs. Thursdays abs and squats again. Fridays shoulders and back. 15 min cardio on running machine every day. All excersizes 5 sets 10 reps and last set to failiure , as heavy as I can go. Sometimes I row when Im bored of Running. My diet sort of sucks. Coffee and Protein shake breakfast. Work Lunch. Try to make it chicken fish or red meat with vegetables. ( Not allways possible) dINNER
whole grain pasta or rice , vegatables ( Steamed ) and another protein shake.
Very hard to eat more than those meals due to work. Sunday cheat day loads of carbs. I know im eating wrong , but if I stop eating with clients at lunch or start eating in the office im going to have nothing to eat ...as in fired...
