Is this Reasonably sensible : ?

more like 6 egg white and 2 yolks but ok agreed

bring a lunchpail with you, get a cooler pack, and eat every 2 hours if I can do it working ed than you can
 
That sounds like a lot of food ! How many calories should I aim for , as you point out im kinda "tiny" ( didnt feel dissed) the world needs small guys so we can fit into small places :-) So I recon my caloric needs are also a lot lower than a big guy.

I think it boils down to one simple question

...what do you eat?

understand also that you can't cut & bulk at the same time ...and I'm afraid that if you try to cut @ 5'6" 132lbs, there isn't going to be much left of you no matter what you take ...I mean you'll be like 110 & ripped
 
i would train for atleast a year and some change, switching up routines and diets to see what works best than you can say you hit a "plateau". other than that, for a first cycle and im sure most will agree. Just Test. nothing more, nothing less. then work your way from there. im not even gonna touch the subject of all orals. i believe if your gonna do something, do it right!!!! dont pussy foot and dont jump the gun!! right time for everything. take your time and make sure you have the perfect diet for you and the perfect routine. to be honest i dont think your workout routine is great either. if you want to put on more weight then do LESS reps and MORE weight. your body fat will have to morely do with your diet at your weight and height. sounds like your metabolism is still up there. get a metabolism test and then decide what your protein and caloric intake will be............

I got down to 110 and 8% bodyfat once, about 6 years ago. As my sister said "you look like a Bosian Soldier". I was a fat fuck when I was a kid and I got to be a fat fuck a year ago ( Ive lost 60 lb ) . I was big on natural training when I was 19 , but I had loads of spare time and I was 21 years younger. I really want to get a good physique it helps my self esteem....

read my previous post that should answer your questions...... the fact that you are doing it for yourself and self esteem, you should be able to hold out longer on trying to use gear. respect your body, you only live once. go natural for like 6 more months and switch things up a bit. your body likes to be shocked by switching routines it will respond well i promise. and hold the orals for second or third cycle........ thats just my opinon though and like they say, opinions are like assholes, everybodys got one!

ghost... he is 132 lbs... he can eat the whole egg! lol.

Your right about the cooler bag though. I carry a bag full of food and a jug of water everywhere I go. That's what makes the difference between a champ and a chump.
