I wasn't getting enough protein.
Started using soy protein - good results
Switched to whey b/c I was afraid of gyno (from discussion here)
now I switched back as a test - more solid again in 2 days.
??? : is is possible that there is something in the doy i am deficient in and that it's a better protein for me. or am i imagining it (hard to believe since i hate it.)
