Is this normal???

i just bought some zambon winny amps from my guy, and hes been very reliable and trustworthy....well ive had the amps for a while and i was looking at them the other night, and it looked like the liquids split into two seperate substances....there was some clear liquid like sitting on top of the whit shit.....i shook em up and it went back to looking all milky after that....i just wanted to know if that was normal for them to do that when sitting still for a while????
