Is this my max?? plz help me.

5 foot 10 inches, 200 pounds @ 12%BF.
what do you guys think is ok (naturally for my frame)
when do I know that its where my genetics have grown to its maximum??
do you guys thin that I can still gain more naturally??

To many variables come into play for me to say conclusively.
Knowing people, I'd say your along way from your genetic limits.
You'll know you've reached your drugfree limit when you do everything 100% right, 100% of the time.
That means don't miss quality feedings (6 or more a day), don't miss workouts, don't over/under train, you get 8 + hours sleep everyday, you don't have any emotional stress in your life, ect.
It's near impossible to do the above all the time, but when you've tried and still can't gain additional muscle you can figure your close to tapped out genetically.

Obviously you can't read the sticky's, I might not be a mod but there's rules here for a reason so grow up already, no one wants to hear how internet tough any of you guys are.
 
It is a very vague question. No one could possibly know/tell.

I would just train w/out gear. It was already said. If you have EVERYTHING in check, diet, etc... and for a long time, then you will hit your limit.

al420 is correct, it would be impossible to know what your max would ever be, there are so many things involved. Now if you've trained like a mad man and had an amazing diet and everything and didn't see any gains at all over the next year, I'd say you hit your max. The easiest answer is probably you'll never know until years down the road and you look back at the largest and strongest you were.

Your age would also have a lot to do with it. Remember steroids can work wonders but with poor nutrition and training its all for nothing. Especially if you are in your 20's. Unless you plan on being a bodybuilder, which most people aren't. See if there's anything you can improve in your diet or training first. At 5'10 200lbs is about where I am. I thought I would never be able to go over 185 which was a plateau for me for a while, but this year I hit 208lbs by focusing more on my diet, seriously helped out a lot. Although I have strep throat this week and probably be back down to 195lbs lol..........but it'll be back in a day or two. Don't try to look for short cuts. Way too many people take steroids with poor training and diet and basically waste any of the gains they make. I used to see this kid come in the gym all the time, one month he was plump as hell (obviously dbol) then 3 months later skinny as hell...........whats the point? When he came to the gym he talked on his cell phone more than he lifted, again amazed me.


I wouldn't take them yet....(I will when I turn 30 hrt program, but only cuz its legal and from all the research I've done I think its a great thing)

I would say no, you probably haven't reached your genetic potential yet.

Are you keeping a training, diet, sleep, bodymeasurements, bodyfat and weight log?

It is sometimes easier to see if you have reached a plateau (and you can still break these naturally) if you see it written down.
