my source recommended i use yohimbe hcl and dmso for spot reduction. has anyone ever tried this? does it really work?

It works as long as your BF is low enough. Generally the combination works on areas where their is some residual fat deposits (problem areas) but if your BF is at 20% then it will not perform any magic. I believe Dan Duchaine came up with this idea.

DMSO and yohimbe together isn't the best combo. DMSO will allow the yohimbe to pass too quickly through the skin and into the bloodstream. A carrier such and aquaphor or the like would be a much better option allowing the yohimbe to be absorbed slower into the fat where it was meant to go....
